• Every custom piece is made just for you — full payment is required before we start creating.
• Processing time is typically 5–7 business days depending on design and order size.
• Because each shirt is personalized, all sales are final once your design is approved and printed.
• Please double-check spelling, sizing, and color choices — perfection starts in the details!
• Local pickup and shipping are available. Delivery fees may apply.

Balloon Artistry

• A non-refundable deposit secures your event date — we start planning your design right away.
• Final payment is due at least 72 hours before setup.
• Cancellations within 7 days of your event forfeit all payments made.
• Balloon creations do best indoors or shaded spaces; outdoor setups are weather-sensitive and not guaranteed to last.
• Once your setup is complete, GB Designs is not responsible for damage caused by weather, movement, or mishandling.

Digital Designs

• All digital orders must be paid in full before any work begins.
• Turnaround time is usually 2–5 business days, depending on design complexity.
• Digital files are non-refundable once sent.
• You’ll receive your final design via email or a downloadable link.
• All designs are for personal or business use only and may not be resold or shared.

Vinyl Stickers and Decals

• Full payment is required before your order goes into production.
• Typical turnaround time is 3–5 business days.
• Custom designs must be approved before cutting or printing.
• Since each decal is made to order, no refunds or exchanges are available after approval.
• For best results, apply decals to a clean, smooth surface — GB Designs isn’t responsible for issues during application.
